Plessy v. Ferguson

The case Plessy V. Ferguson is one of the most important case in United States history. An African American who named Homer A. Plessy took the bus which only for white people. The government arrested him since he against the constitution: "Separate but Equal". During the Jim Crow Era, Black and White cannot share public place with each other. They had to go to different school or used different transportation. This Supreme Court stated that policy was still effective. Therefore, they fined him 25 dollars.
